Question 1

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No setup fee. You pay the monthly rate from day one, that covers everything including building your site.

Question 2

What does the 12-month minimum mean?

Accepted Answer

You commit to 12 months upfront. After that, it rolls monthly with no tie-in. This lets me invest proper time into building and maintaining your site.

Question 3

How quickly can my site go live?

Accepted Answer

Most sites are live within 5–10 business days from our first call, once you’ve approved the copy and design.

Question 4

What if I want changes to my site?

Accepted Answer

Just message Charlie directly. There’s no ticket system, no per-edit charges. Unlimited edits are included every month.

Question 5

Do you work with businesses outside Shropshire?

Accepted Answer

The focus is Shropshire and nearby areas, but I’m happy to chat if you’re elsewhere in the West Midlands.

Question 6

What is AI search optimisation?

Accepted Answer

More people are using tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overview to find local businesses. I make sure your site is structured so it shows up in those results too, not just traditional Google search.
